Conditions
- UMRAH selling is available for round trips only. One-way selling is not allowed as per UMRAH policy.
- One COB is Free on the original ticket in either direction provided it is requested 07 days before the ticketed flight coupon. For subsequent changes penalties shall apply.
- Difference of fare (DOF) shall be charged in case of re-issuance (as per difference of RBDs). However, the charges will not apply on infants.
- Partial Refunds shall be allowed, partial refund of Umrah tickets shall be processed on half (round-trip) basis by deducting the utilized segment fare along with taxes and applicable Refund charges.
Discounts
- Infant is 100% Free.
- Child Discount @25% is allowed.
- Disabled Discount is allowed.
- No other discount is applicable i.e. Senior Citizen, Student Discount, Golootlo, BIN Discount, etc.
