On your next flight with PIA, treat yourself to extra space in front to stretch out your legs, then lean back and relax!
PIA now offers the opportunity to reserve seats with more legroom in Economy and Executive Economy classes by paying a fee.
The fee amount depends on the class of travel you have chosen and the region you will be flying to. Extra leg room seats may be purchased online through PIA website, and at PIA counters/booking offices and sales agents.
Extra leg room seats are found at the front row and the emergency exit rows. If you choose the emergency exit row seats, you must meet certain criteria before being assigned these seats.

Emergency Exit Row Seats
Exit Row Seats have generous leg room, but also carry responsibility. In case of emergency, you may be required to operate the emergency exit door.
If you reserve an exit row seat, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 15 years of age or older.
- Be able to read and understand English or Urdu.
- Be prepared to follow any instructions from the cabin crew.
- Be physically able to activate and operate the exit doors in case of emergency.
- Be physically able and willing to assist cabin crew and other passengers in case of evacuation of aircraft.
These terms and conditions must be accepted at time of purchase of these seats.
PIA may check and/or confirm your eligibility to occupy these seats any time after check-in, during flight and till arrival at your destination.
Exclusions:
Following passengers are not eligible for emergency exit row seats:
- Passengers who are pregnant and/or traveling with infants.
- Unaccompanied/accompanied children (under 15 years of age) and infants.
- Passengers whose mobility is partially or fully restricted, due to any obvious physical or mental impairment, age or sickness.
- Passengers who are overweight and may not be able to move quickly near the emergency exit.
- Passengers who are undergoing legal, law enforcement, or administrative proceedings and/or custody.
