Conditions
- UMRAH selling is available for round trips only. One-way selling is not allowed as per UMRAH policy.
- One COB is Free on the original ticket in either direction provided it is requested 07 days before the ticketed flight coupon. For subsequent changes penalties shall apply.
- Difference of fare (DOF) shall be charged in case of re-issuance (as per difference of RBDs). However, the charges will not apply on infants.
- Partial Refunds shall be allowed, partial refund of Umrah tickets shall be processed on half (round-trip) basis by deducting the utilized segment fare along with taxes and applicable Refund charges.
Discounts
- Infant is 100% Free.
- Child Discount @25% is allowed.
- Disabled Discount is allowed.
- No other discount is applicable i.e. Senior Citizen, Student Discount, Golootlo, BIN Discount, etc.

Stopover
One stopover is free of charge in Pakistan. Each subsequent stopover will be charged at:
- CAD 100 for adult/child, for travel from Canada to Pakistan
- USD 75 for adult/child, for travel from Pakistan to Canada

- Partially utilized ticket may also be refunded for those interline tickets where only the first leg of the journey has been used. In such cases, the full add-on amount (corresponding to the used SPA RBD) and all applicable Taxes & Penalty (whichever is higher) should be deducted before refunding passenger.
- Only one Stopover is allowed free of charge in Pakistan. Subsequent Stopover is allowed subject to applicable charges as mentioned in the above table. Infant Exempted.
- No charge/penalty apply in case of death of passenger and/or immediate family member, and/or hospitalization of passengers and/or immediate family members travelling on the same flight (family definition: husband/wife/children/parents). Documents required:
- Death/burial certificate of passenger and/or any other relevant document
- Death/burial certificate of immediate family members & proof of relation
- Hospitalization certificate (Discharge Slip) of the passenger with the provision of necessary documents indicating relationship with the hospitalized passenger
