CANADA (TORONTO)

Fare Conditions applicable on travel originating from Canada (Toronto) to Pakistan and to PIA’s International sectors. The charges mentioned apply to each passenger on the itinerary (adult, child and/or infant occupying a seat).

These conditions are applicable on regular fares. Special/promotional fares are for limited time periods and may have different fare conditions. Please note that if more than one fare condition is used to arrive at a fare, the most restrictive condition applies for the itinerary.

Booking Changes and Conditions for Penalties

Executive Economy: One Change Of Booking is free on the original Ticket in either direction, provided it is requested 3 days before the ticketed flight coupon. For subsequent changes or changes within 3 days COB changes will apply.

Economy Cabin: One Change Of Booking is free on the original Ticket in either direction, provide it is requested 7 days before the ticketed flight coupon. For subsequent changes or changes with 7 days COB charges will apply.

Difference of Fare (DOF) due to RBD/Seasonality (if applicable) will be charged in addition to applicable penalty.

Stopover

One stopover is free of charge in Pakistan. Each subsequent stopover will be charged at:

• CAD 100 for adult/child, for travel from Canada to Pakistan
• USD 75 for adult/child, for travel from Pakistan to Canada

Other Conditions:

1. Penalty applies per adult and child, infant occupying a seat.
2. No-Show charges will apply after flight departure.
3. Charge(s)/Penalty (ies) shall be levied in addition to any applicable difference of fare that may be due to change of seasonality, class of travel or any other reason.
4. Refund is not allowed if flight coupons are utilized out of sequence.
5. In case a passenger is no-show and require a refund/change of booking then only one penalty/charge, whichever is higher, will be applicable.
6. Failure to occupy a reserved seat on any segment of the itinerary may result in cancellation of all subsequent segments.
7. Change of booking charges on international tickets will not be applicable in case of any change in reservation on domestic sector within Pakistan.
8. Partially utilized ticket may be refunded Ex-YYZ to PAK and Ex-PAK to YYZ sector after deducting one way fare (used sector) and applicable Taxes, Penalty (whichever is higher).
9. Partially utilized ticket may also be refunded for those interline tickets where only the first leg of the journey has been used. In such cases, the full add-on amount (corresponding to the used SPA RBD) and all applicable Taxes & Penalty (whichever is higher) should be deducted before refunding passenger.
10. Only one Stopover is allowed free of charge in Pakistan. Subsequent Stopover is allowed subject to applicable charges as mentioned in the above table. Infant Exempted.
11. No charge/penalty apply in case of death of passenger and/or immediate family member, and/or hospitalization of passengers and/or immediate family members travelling on the same flight (family definition: husband/wife/children/parents). Documents required:
    
    1. Death/burial certificate of passenger and/or any other relevant document
    2. Death/burial certificate of immediate family members & proof of relation
    3. Hospitalization certificate (Discharge Slip) of the passenger with the provision of necessary documents indicating relationship with the hospitalized passenger
