- No discount is applicable on UMRAH tickets i.e. Senior Citizen, Student Discount, Golootlo, BIN Discount etc.
- UMRAH selling is available for round trips only. One-way selling is not allowed as per UMRAH policy.
- Re-issuance of fully un-utilized tickets can be through the PIA website as per UMRAH policy. Alternatively, customers can also get ticket amendments through PIA offices.
- For partial re-issuance, the customer has to call the PIA contact center at +92-21-111786786 and request to add a desired segment, afterward customer has to open PNR on MYB (Manage your booking) to re-issue his/her ticket.
Please note that currently, partial re-issuance cannot be done or facilitated though PIA website – Manage Your Booking.
- Partial refund or refund of a half-utilized UMRAH ticket is not allowed as per UMRAH policy.
